Science of Learning

Each ATD Community of Practice group focuses on a key area of the training and development field and is led by a community manager whose in-depth knowledge will ensure that the content, offerings,and resources are consistent with our members' needs.

Science of Learning is a community of professionals interested in understanding the mechanics behind how we take in information, form connections and ideas, and exercise new behaviors on the job to improve performance.
