ATD’s OrgDev 2027 Conference caters to industry professionals responsible for creating employee and leadership development programs. This conference will provide attendees with the skills needed to develop employee programs at all levels and throughout the employment lifecycle. It will bring best practices, actionable insights, and practical resources for practitioners looking to create more effective employee development programs.

Who Attends: 250+ talent development professionals focused on creating leadership and organizational development programs.

*Staff is welcome to attend all sessions. We do not require someone to always be at your table top. However, we do encourage you to have someone at the table during built in break times. Please see our Schedule at a Glance for those times.

**For Friday, October 15, it is at your discretion if you wish to participate in exhibiting. We are not requiring you to stay during this day. Should you exhibit on Thursday, your table will need to be staffed from 8am to noon, and you can begin breakdown at noon.
