Sunday, October 19th
2:00 - 5:00 pm: Setup

Monday, October 20th
8:00 am – 5:15 pm: Staff table
8:00 am: Registration opens (a ATD staff member will be available at registration by 6:45 am)
8:00 am: Set Table Top to be ready by 8:00 am
8:30 am: Breakfast starts
4:15 – 5:15 pm: Reception will be held in the area ATD Store/tabletop exhibit area

Tuesday, October 21st
8:00 am – 4:30 pm: Staff table
4:30 pm: Breakdown/Pack-up can begin

*Staff is welcome to attend all sessions. We do not require someone to always be at your booth. However, we do encourage you to have someone at the table during built in break times. Please view our Schedule at a Glance for those times.

**For Wednesday, October 22nd, it is at your discretion if you wish to participate in exhibiting. We are not requiring you to stay during this day. Should you exhibit on Wednesday, your table will need to be staffed from 8am to noon, and you can begin breakdown at noon.
