WebINAR Production Notes

1. Content must be unique to ATD.

2. A worksheet will be provided to help guide you through the production process and content submission.

3. Webinar sponsor agrees to allow ATD the ability to post webinar for up to 12 months. (Raw webinar files will not be provided to sponsor)

4. All presenters must sign a Presenter Release Form prior to leading an ATD Webinar.

5. Please supply high res GIF and JPEG file of sponsor logo.

6. A dress rehearsal and run-through will be scheduled between ATD and sponsor.

7. Schedule: Webinars will be held Tuesday through Thursday of each week, for an hour between 1 and 3 pm EST. Subject to availability.

8. Webinar length: One hour.
